Winter drinks

What do you crave when the weather is cold outside...

Homemade hot chocolate with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

1,5 tbsp sugar

1,5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

4 dl milk

Heavy cream for whipped cream or mini marshmallows

Instructions

In a small saucepan place sugar and cocoa powder whisk together and add some off the milk and whisk until no lumps appear add rest off milk and heat over medium heat until warm, but not boiling. Serve with whipped cream or marshmallows - Enjoy.
